UPF 50+ CERTIFIED SUN PROTECTION

BUFF® Safety sun protection hats are developed with the latest in-house production technologies from ultralight, highly elastic fabrics to achieve an optimal fit, odor control, improved breathability, and sweat management.
CoolNet® UV multifunctional neckwear is uniquely engineered with 95% recycled REPREVE® Performance Polyester and HeiQ Smart Temp technology for moisture management. Fastwick Extra+ technology dries quickly and maintains comfort during high-intensity activities.
BUFF® Safety neckwear, arm sleeves and packable caps are certified as Personal Protective Equipment against the sun's ultraviolet radiation, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The fabric has been tested for UV protection in accordance with the standard AS/NZS 4399:2017 Sun Protective Clothing Evaluation and Classification, achieving a result of UPF 50, which blocks 98% of UV radiation. Some of the products have been tested according to the UPF AS/NZS 4399:1996 standard and recommended and certified by The Skin Cancer Foundation.
